Founder & Owner
Dick Young
Dick Young began his career as a Materials and Production Control Manager at a microwave electronics manufacturer. During his 5-year term with that organization, Dick quickly gained extensive experience and built relationships working with high-end component companies. In the mid 1980’s Dick took this knowledge and experience to start his sales career and established a successful manufacturers' rep organization with US and global partnerships. As the business has evolved over time, dedication to maintaining an impeccable reputation has earned the trust and support of clients, principals, and suppliers throughout his career.
Senior Account Executive
Ben Young
After several years of supporting and consulting for DYCS, Ben joined his father's business full time in early 2023. He brings over 12 years of product and technical sales, consulting, and account management experience to the business. His diverse background and technical knowledge is an asset for continued expansion in the US and with our global partnerships.
